Terms for the RaSec private beta

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RaSec One website and private beta services (“Services”).

Effective date: February 21, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

Beta services

The Services are offered as a private beta and may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Do not use the Services to process illegal content or attack other systems.
Do not misrepresent affiliation with RaSec or other users.

Feedback

Feedback you provide helps us improve the Services. You grant RaSec a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use feedback without restriction.

Intellectual property

RaSec retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all related intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services during the beta.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaSec will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. If we make material changes, we will post an updated effective date here.
